Teaser: CLF 3.0 2

Ok, I’ve been talking about it all year, and you still haven’t seen anything yet. Don’t worry, come January 2012 you will.  I’ve been planning, writing and creating what will be CLF 3.0. Here’s some information that won’t give the whole game away.

What exists now will remain as it is, the website will get a facelift but other than that everything that is the CLF will remain the same. The message board, the News, the Facebook Page, Twitter, all of this will not change.

CLF 3.0 is a working title for a branch off of these activities that will provide revenue. It will be affordable, it will be useful, and it will allow me to keep doing all of this without having to “sell out” or “buy in” to anything.  I look forward to the launch of this, and keep plugging away at the content, and all of the system details that will make things super cool for crochet lovers. In fact, CLF 3.0 may be interesting to anyone who crafts, but of course crochet will ALWAYS be prominent, because that’s what I do.

I’m doing something similar for my new business, Maestra Communications & Business Svs. Yup, I started a business to support local businesses in my area understand how to have a useful online presence and not have to pay a gillion dollars for “SEO” and all of that other clap trap. I figure if I can turn a joke into something real and fun online, I can help someone who has a business do this.  In the two weeks since I formed my company I have 3 clients and another signing soon, plus the retreat looming; things are getting crazy cool. So hang in there with me folks! It’s going to be worth the wait.
